We ship the order at the earliest we can; however, the shipment of the order depends of the pick-up by the courier services. Generally, order placed before 12:30 PM are processed and dispatched on the same day excluding Sundays and regional holidays. For Bulk order, generally we are taking 2-4 days for preparing your order and shipping the parcel. Please note that in case of natural calamities or some disaster where courier transit is disturbed, the delivery and dispatch may be delayed depending on the polices of the courier company. If the dispatched order is misplaced or not located after being shipped, Courier Company takes the responsibility for the same and the case may take time up to their policies. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you the tracking information. You may follow-up with the courier company website for tracking the parcel. We, however, work closely with our courier partners and ensure you the full support from our side as well. Please do not accept the order if the parcel you received is found tempered and contact us immediately from the “Contact Us” section. If you accept the tempered parcel from the courier, we will not entertain the missing or damage complaints. NOTE: In case of natural disasters or any uncontrolled activity or unfortunate circumstances, if the parcel is undelivered, the courier company takes the responsibility of missing parcel. And this process takes time for refund processing. Also, note that we(Remedywala.com) or the courier company will not be responsible for delay in the delivery in such unforeseen conditions either at the sender's location or the receiver's location.
