We ship the order at the earliest we can; however, the shipment of the order depends of the pick-up by the courier services. Generally, order placed before 12:30 PM are processed and dispatched on the same day excluding Sundays and regional holidays. For Bulk order, generally we are taking 2-4 days for preparing your order and shipping the parcel. Please note that in case of natural calamities or some disaster where courier transit is disturbed, the delivery and dispatch may be delayed depending on the polices of the courier company. If the dispatched order is misplaced or not located after being shipped, Courier Company takes the responsibility for the same and the case may take time up to their policies. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you the tracking information. You may follow-up with the courier company website for tracking the parcel. We, however, work closely with our courier partners and ensure you the full support from our side as well. Please do not accept the order if the parcel you received is found tempered and contact us immediately from the “Contact Us” section. If you accept the tempered parcel from the courier, we will not entertain the missing or damage complaints. Please note the following information for our shipping policy: a) Minimum chargeable shipping price would be for 0.50 Kg (500 grams) b) COD charges as an when applicable will be separate from the shipping charges. c) Volumetric weight Price or the Parcel Weight Price, whichever is higher is applicable. d) We (Remedywala.com) reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and shipping mode (air or surface) for your parcel. e) Free shipping is available for certain states of India on Cart value is above Rs. 1000 (One Thousand Rupees). f) Free shipping is available on Cart value is above Rs. 5000 (Five Thousand Rupees) for certain States of India (Assam, Ladakh, J&K, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep) Cash On Delivery (COD): In Digital India we encourage you to make online payments using all the options (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/UPI/ Wallets) available with our payment gateway partners. However, if you still want to go with Cash on Delivery option, we do have this facility abiding the following conditions for certain pin codes only. a) If the cart value is below Rs.1000 (One Thousand Rupees), COD charges, flat Rs.120 (One Hundred and Twenty Rupees) would be applicable.. b) If the cart value is below Rs.5000 (Five Thousand Rupees) and above Rs.1000 (One Thousand Rupees), COD charges, flat Rs.180 (One Hundred and Eighty Rupees) would be applicable.. c) If the cart value is above Rs 5000 (Five Thousand Rupees) and not more than Rs 50,000 (Fifty Thousand), COD charges flat Rs.300 would be applicable. After order is confirmed, COD charges will be displayed under Shipping and Handling Fee in invoice. If your area is available for COD from our courier partner then COD option is available otherwise only Prepaid option will be there. NOTE: In case of natural disasters or any uncontrolled activity or unfortunate circumstances, if the parcel is undelivered, the courier company takes the responsibility of missing parcel. And this process takes time for refund processing. Also, note that we(Remedywala.com) or the courier company will not be responsible for delay in the delivery in such unforeseen conditions either at the sender's location or the receiver's location.
