Meaning of Stotram
हे देवी! सुनो, मैं वह स्तोत्र कहता हूँ जो सभी प्रकार के भय को दूर करता है। यह हनुमानजी का श्रेष्ठ स्तोत्र मनुष्यों की सभी इच्छाओं को पूर्ण करने वाला है।
हनुमानजी तपे हुए सोने के समान चमकते हैं, अनेक रत्नों से अलंकृत हैं। उदित हो रहे सूरज के समान तेजस्वी मुख, तीन नेत्रों वाले, और चमकते हुए कुण्डलों से युक्त हैं।
वे मुनियों की भाँति मौञ्जी व कौपीन धारण करते हैं, स्वर्ण का यज्ञोपवीत पहने हैं। ताम्रवर्ण (पीताभ) नेत्रों वाले, विशालकाय तथा पर्वत जैसे शस्त्र (टंक/कुल्हाड़ी) धारण करने वाले हैं।
जिनकी शिखा पर उनके पूँछ का अग्रभाग स्थित है। जो मेरु पर्वत के शिखर पर विराजमान हैं। तीनों मूर्तियों (ब्रह्मा-विष्णु-महेश) का स्वरूप धारण किए हुए, बलशाली, पराक्रमी महाहनुमान को नमस्कार।
मैं वायुपुत्र, ब्रह्मचारी हनुमानजी को प्रणाम करता हूँ। जो त्रिमूर्ति के स्वरूप हैं, स्वयं में स्थित हैं, और जपा-कुसुम (लाल फूल) के समान तेजस्वी हैं।
अनेकों आभूषणों से सुसज्जित आंजनेय (अंजनी के पुत्र) को मैं नमस्कार करता हूँ। जो पञ्चाक्षर मंत्र के देवता हैं और वर्षा के मेघ के समान गहरे रंग वाले हैं।
सभी देवताओं द्वारा पूजित, राक्षसों का विनाश करने वाले हनुमानजी को प्रणाम। जो पर्वत के समान स्थिर तेज वाले और सभी अलंकारों से विभूषित हैं।
मैं उन कपियों के नायक को प्रणाम करता हूँ जो षडक्षर मंत्र के देवता हैं, तपे हुए सोने जैसे चमकीले हैं और हल्दी के समान पीताभ वर्ण वाले हैं, देवताओं द्वारा पूजित हैं।

अंकुश और अन्य शस्त्र धारण करने वाले वीर हनुमानजी को नमस्कार। जो त्रयोदशाक्षर मंत्र से युक्त और माता सीता के दुःख को दूर करने वाले हैं।
पीतवर्ण, तेजस्वी शरीर वाले, सुग्रीव के मंत्री हनुमानजी का भजन करता हूँ। जो माला-मंत्र के देवता हैं, विभिन्न रंगों की आभा वाले, चार भुजाओं से युक्त हैं।
पाश, अंकुश और अभय-मुद्रा धारण करने वाले, तथा टंक (शस्त्र) लिये हुए हनुमानजी को नमस्कार। जिन्हें देव और दानव — दोनों ही प्रशंसा करते हैं।
जो मनुष्य इस प्रकार प्रतिदिन हनुमानजी का ध्यान करता है, वह सभी पापों से मुक्त हो जाता है और अपने मन में सोचे हुए सभी कार्य शीघ्र ही पूर्ण कर लेता है — इसमें कोई संदेह नहीं।

Lord Hanuman shines like molten gold, adorned with various precious gems. His face is radiant like the rising sun, possessing three eyes, and glowing with bright earrings.
He wears the sacred mounji belt and loincloth like great sages, and a golden sacred thread. His eyes have a reddish-brown glow, his form is huge, and he wields a mighty mountain-like weapon (a large axe).
The tip of His tail rests atop His hair-knot. He stands on the peak of Mount Meru. He embodies the forms of the Holy Trinity—Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh. Salutations to the powerful and valiant Mahahanuman.
I bow to Hanuman, the son of the Wind God, the eternal celibate. He embodies the qualities of the three deities (Trimurti), is ever established in His true Self, and shines like a red hibiscus flower.
Adorned with various ornaments, I bow to Anjaneya, the son of Mother Anjani. He is associated with the sacred five-syllable mantra and has a complexion like dark rain-filled clouds.
Worshiped by all the gods and destroyer of demons, I bow to Him. His radiance is steady like a mountain, and He is decorated with every divine ornament.
I bow to the leader of the Vanaras, who is connected with the six-syllable mantra, who glows like refined gold, and whose yellowish body is adored by all celestial beings.
Beautiful in form, with lotus-like eyes and three divine eyes, I bow to Him. He is the Lord of the eight-syllable mantra and shines brilliantly like a sparkling diamond.
I bow to Him who is revered by all people, who destroyed the grand palaces of Lanka. His complexion is like the blue atasi flower, and He possesses tenfold divine radiance.
With matted hair and four arms, I bow to the leader of the Vanaras. He is the master of the twelve-syllable mantra and holds a spear-like weapon.
Holding the goad and other divine weapons, I bow to the heroic Hanuman. He is associated with the thirteen-syllable mantra and is the remover of Mother Sita’s sorrow.
I worship Him who is yellow-complexioned, radiant, and the wise minister of Sugriva. He is the deity of the mala-mantra, multi-colored in aura, and endowed with four arms.
Holding the noose, goad, and showing the gesture of protection, and carrying the axe, I salute Him. He is praised by both gods and demons alike.
Whoever meditates on Hanuman in this manner daily becomes free from all sins and quickly accomplishes all his desired tasks—there is no doubt about it.
