Once your order is shipped, we will provide you the tracking information. You may follow-up with the courier company website for tracking the parcel. NOTE: In case of natural disasters or any uncontrolled activity or unfortunate circumstances, if the parcel is undelivered, the courier company takes the responsibility of missing parcel. And this process takes time for refund processing.
